Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also declare withdrawal through the permanently and easily accessible “Cancel contract” function in the shop. After entering the required information, submit the withdrawal with “Confirm withdrawal”. We will then send you without delay an acknowledgement containing the content, date and time of the withdrawal using the electronic means of communication you provided.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Cullatec GmbH, Saarland University, Building A 1.1, 66123 Saarbrücken, Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

No right of withdrawal for individually engraved goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is governed by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised. For ROCK your BABY, this applies only to the specific item actually engraved with an individually selected name. The right remains in place for non-engraved items and non-personalised parts of an order.
