Shipping, payment and disposal

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in Germany and the other Member States of the European Union. Deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries are excluded.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Germany is free. Shipping to the other EU Member States costs EUR 7.99. Checkout displays the costs that apply to your order before you submit it.

Delivery time

The delivery time shown for the selected product or set on the product page and during checkout when the order is submitted applies. For advance bank transfer, the delivery period starts on the day after full payment is received; for all other payment methods it starts on the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery time stored with your order continues to apply even if the general delivery time changes later.

Payment methods

Available methods are advance bank transfer and, depending on device and availability, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay and Pay by Bank. Pay by Bank is an online-banking payment confirmed during checkout, not classic advance bank transfer. The selection shown in checkout is decisive.

Due date, invoice and retention of title

Advance bank transfer becomes due with the payment request; other payments are authorised or executed during checkout. The PDF invoice is supplied with the dispatch confirmation. The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

Correct disposal of electrical equipment and battery

ROCK your BABY is electrical equipment with a built-in lithium battery and must not be disposed of as unsorted household waste at the end of its service life. The crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol indicates separate collection. Return the waste equipment free of charge to a municipal collection point or another return point provided by law. Information about suitable return options is available from your local authority or from info@cullatec.com.

Do not open, damage, heat or burn the lithium battery. Remove it only where expressly provided for in the instructions and where this can be done without damage. Do not send waste equipment or a damaged battery by post without prior notice; contact us first so that a safe return route can be arranged. End users are responsible for deleting personal data from waste equipment; ROCK your BABY does not store personal usage data on the device during normal operation.
